Inventories

We carry out four types of inventories:

Collection inventory:

Would you like to inventory, find out or update the value of your collection without selling it? We offer an illustrated inventory, describing and estimating the value of each item in your collection.
The advantage for you: You get a clear and accurate overview of your assets in a document accompanied by an auctioneer's seal, guaranteeing authenticity and reliability.

Estate inventory:

When settling an estate, on the advice of your notary, you can opt either for a lump sum payment of your inheritance tax corresponding to 5% of the total value of the estate, or for a tax inventory detailing the value of the deceased's movable property.
The cost of an estate inventory is €500 excluding tax.

Your advantage: This inventory can be very important, as it can lead to substantial savings, because estimating that everyday furniture is worth 5% of the value of an apartment or house and all the assets of an estate is not a good calculation. Carrying out this inventory allows you to go into detail and declare a much lower tax base that reflects reality.

The partition inventory:

Following an inheritance, when no inventory has been drawn up or if a deadlock arises between the heirs, they can ask us to carry out an equal partition.

Inventory for insurance purposes:

Do you own a collection of art or jewelry and want to insure it against theft or other damage? We will draw up an inventory in partnership with your insurance company to guarantee the value of your assets.
This inventory is billed at €500 excluding tax.

Your advantage: Tailor-made coverage for your cherished possessions thanks to an illustrated, descriptive, and estimated document that benefits from the guarantees provided by an auctioneer in terms of authenticity and accuracy, drawn up in accordance with your insurance company's requirements. This document is essential for all items that are not covered by your home insurance, such as jewelry, which is a prime target for burglars.
